NOIWON Upgrade
As an action item of the Washington Area Operations-
Intelligence Center Conference (WAOCC), the members reviewed the
specifications developed by your office to upgrade the NOIWON.
The user requirements contained in the attachment represent the
inputs of conference members. Request that you develop the
specifications and submit the community requirement to DCA. Your
estimate of system availability____ months after funding should be
a firm objective. If there is action on our part that will help
you to incorporate this requirement into the budget currently
under development, please let u
