I am pleased and honored to forward the attached letter from
Major General Springer that recognizes the outstanding support
you gave the 1983 Air Force Assistance Fund. Air Force people in
CIA contributed 152% of their campaign goal. That is truly a
superb showing but, more importantly, it shows again that the Air
Force takes care of its own. Thank you very much.
