They should be primarily responsible for service dissemination. However, the importance of certain estimates and NIC products to specific canmu-Lids and senior military dictates that we continue to make selective direct dissemination. I feel similarly about DDI products and recently pro- posed that at least "key judger rls" be disseminated electrically to the commands. Dick Kerr said it was being done - which is great.
