Special Assistant for Research and Development. He will be contacting you in
the near future to discuss your perceptions as to where the intelligence R&D
programs are going, where they should be going, and how to get there. I have
also asked him to find ways to facilitate interaction among the programs where
appropriate, and he will be seeking your help. Please give him your advice
and assistance.
