This OIT Occupational Panel Guidance is intended to inform OIT employees of guidelines for
career development within the OIT Occupational Panel System. OIT is strongly committed to the
career development of all its employees and the Occupational Panel System is the foundation of
this process. As the career development process evolves during the coming months, the
guidance contained in this publication will be refined and published as an update to the OIT Em-
ployee Handbook. I believe this new system will contribute significantly to the success of OIT and
your own personal career development. I ask your support in making the MZ Career Service a
model for the-Agency.
