1. This memorandum is in response to your request for OIT assistance i
the installation of communications lines
2. The OIT/CSG Project Officer assigned,
has been in contact with your office representative regarding your request. A
preliminary site survey and a coordination effort will have to be established
to discuss required connectivity between the remote sites and the
Headquarters HUB installations. Also, your request for rallel connectivity
during the proposed conversion must be addressed.
3. A written statement of work and request for funds, if necessary, will
be forwarded to you upon completion of our preliminary evaluation. Please he
advised that our priorities are devoted to supporting the Agency's move to the
New Headquarters Building and we will do our best at establishing a date for
completion.
