1. It is requested that the Office of Information Technology
(OTT) conduct a survey of DCI Security Staff's radio network. As
Staff operations continue to grow and become more complex, it is
becoming increasingly obvious that the existing system is
25X1 inadequate, the communications referent for the
Staff, is intimately attuned to the limitations of the existing
25X1 system and the requirements for the future.
