This is in regard to your 18 July 1988 and 3 August 1988 letters
requesting completion of a questionnaire intended to determine federal
agencies' compliance with section 6(a) of the Computer Security Act of 1987,
Public Law 100-235, 8 January 1988.
Pursuant to the provisions of that Act, including the exceptions provided
for those systems within the scope of 44 USC Section 3502(2) and for systems
which are protected at all times by procedures established for the protection
of classified information, please be advised that the Central Intelligence
Agency maintains no systems subject to the reporting and other requirements of
the Act.
