Warning
Mr. Frederick Hutchinson, NIO for Warning, briefed the Panel on
the Warning problem facing the Intelligence Community. STAP needs more
information on this problem before reaching any conclusions. The
Panel plans to continue exploring the subject and will offer some
suggestions in the near future.
