Zero Based Review of BYEMAN Accesses
Your letter, same subject, dated 4 November 1988
1. The referenced requirement to perform a review of BYEMAN accesses is
now complete at FBIS. The attached "Special Report of Personne with B
Accesses," dated 15 November 1988, indicates that individuals
with FBIS have at least a "B" acc a number of these people have
additional "B program" accesses, individuals may now be
administratively debriefed of all "B" accesses currently held.
2. I am convinced that those individuals maintaining the indicated
accesses have provided sufficient justification and that the accesses are a
requirement in the performance of their assigned duties.
