FY 1989 Unfunded Requirements

1. Completion of the housing recapitalization project at Okinawa
Bureau remains an unfunded requirement that cannot be accommodated within
FB1S base resources. We would like to resubmit it as our only candidate
for consideration at this time.
2. As you are aware, the $2.5-million Modernization requirement
is no longer at issue. It was covered in late FY 1988 action. DECL OADR
DRV FIN 2-82.
