NEW HEADQUARTERS BUILDING
? OL managed the construction of the New Headquarters
Computer Center and the Agency Telephone Operations Branch
were moved into the NHB in May and June of 1988. The Office
of Technical Service is being moved into the NHB in July.
Building (NHB) on the Headquarters Compound. The
? Headquarters Compound roads were repaved and restriped,
and new curbing and lights were installed. The Route
123/193 Roadway Improvements project was also completed.
? The Visitor Control Centers at the entrance from Route
123 and the George Washington Parkway were completed.

? RECORD LEVELS OF ACHIEVEMENT
The dollar value for FY-87 procurement actions (exclusive
of contract team actions) was a 28.4 percent
increase over FY 87 and the most dollars ever obligated in
one fiscal year.
The number of procurement actions in FY 87 (exclusive of
contract team actions) totaled 60,875, down 2.9 percent from
FY 86, which continued the trend of consolidating these
actions.
