1. Attached is a summary of the obligations, commitments
and expenditures in FAN 81-2000, New Headquarters Building
(NHB) Construction for January 1988 (Attachment A). For FY 84,
$500 was expended for the purchase of fire extinguishers. An
expenditure of $9,350 was recorded for purchase of fiber optic
wire. An obligation of $6,922 was recorded for the renovation
of the area to be occupied by the Office of Scientific and
Weapons Research. An obligation of $454.26 was recorded for
Balmar blueprints. A deobligation of $4,389 was recorded
representing a General Services Administration (GSA) Work
Authorization for landscape repairs which has been completed.
A commitment of $40,707 was recorded for roof drains and water
softeners. A commitment of 6.000 was recorded for renovation
25X1 to rooms 6D011 and 6D012.

2. The following expenditures were recorded for FY 85:
$36,524.17 for architectural and engineering services for the
cafeteria expansion; $64,698.41 for the RF Shield; $5,212,345
for Bid Package 2; and $96,213 for Bid Package 3. Expenditures
