1._ Attached is a summary of the obligations, commitments
and expenditures in FAN 81-2000, New Headquarters Building
(NUB) Construction for December 1987 (Attachment A). For
FY 84, $10,285 was obligated for the purchase of fiber optic
wire and $500 was obligated for the purchase of fire
extinguishers. A commitment of $12,600 was recorded for the
purchase of tamper-resistant screws; $7,500 for the connection
of sensors and alarms to security boxes in the NHP; and $6,922
for the renovation of the Scientific and Weapons
25X1 Research area in the NHB.
2. For FY 85, we expended $142,999.96 for architectural
and engineering services for the cafeteria expansion;
$46,910.08 and $120,500 for the purchase of carpet tiles;
$23,000 for the General Donovan statue and pedestal; $87,662.89
for Allied task orders; $591,028.29 for the Route 123
improvements; $28,678.24 for the RF Shield; and $220.15 for
lumber used in the'construction of a temporary loading
platform. For FY 85, we committed $450,000 for the removal of
100,000 cubic yards of fill dirt; $450,000 for the renovation
of theOffice of-rechni.Car Service COTS) lab; $115,607 161 AU
services for the design and construction documents for the
refit up of the OTS area;
