response to Senator Church' s I2 March request (number III. A. 1. )
which were used by the Agency in preparing the Legislative
History which you were provided earlier. The papers are the
same as your staff reviewed in our building except that we have
not yet furnished copies of 12 memoranda which require approvals
under the Third Agency Rule. The eight folders which address
Sections III. A. 2. and 3. are in final preparation and we expect
to transmit these to you no later than Monday.
