SUBJECT: The Katyn Murders, _
John Mitchell, Counsel for the Congressional Sub-
Committee investigating Katyn, came in to see Mr. Dulles
last week. He asked specifically whether he could see
the attached report, naming it by number. You will note
it is classified confidential. Mr. Dulles feels that if
security permits it might be well for us to let him either
read this or make a copy, indicating that it was not ours.
Inasmuch as I believe you are handling this matter, would
you please look into the feasibility of doing so.
