1.I IChief of Support Branch/MS/ORD made a report on
personnel. The topics covered were ceiling, full-time equivalency,
part-time employees, detailees, rotational assignments, resignations,
retirements
.,,headroom and new replacements.
2. Discussion was held on a suitable time to present ORD awards.
Some of the members suggested that the presentation of the awards not be
restricted to Christmas. A decision will be made on whether to make the
awards after a CSP meeting, at the end of the fiscal year and mid-term,
etc.
3. The procedure on the Comparative Evaluation sheets was explained
to the Division Chiefs. The Panel agreed to go back to evaluating under
Category I, II, III and IV rather than TOP, MIDDLE and BOTTOM. Managers
were asked to destroy the Comparative Evaluation sheet used for counseling
after one year and replace it with the new one.
4. Comparative Evaluations on GS-04's through GS-14's were
completed. (See sheets attached.)
5. Summary of actions requested during the evaluations from
each group and staff is listed on sheets attached.
