MEMORANDUM FOR:
SUBJECT : Membership - Special Panel of the
ORD Career Service Panel
1. Last year I appointed two non-supervisory people to
the Career Service Panel as a way to bring the views of non-
supervisory personnel into Panel discussions and deliberations.
In turn, these representatives have provided their peers with
feedback on the functioning of the Panel. This arrangement
has worked out successfully and I have decided to extend its
use by appointing you as a representative of the secretarial
and clerical personnel on the Special Panel. I would like
you to serve on the Panel from 14 July 1975 to 12 July-1976.
2. Prior to the next meeting of the Special Panel in
July you will be furnished with material which will prepare
you to participate in the proceedings of the Panel.
