A mini ORD Career Service Panel was convened on 15 July 1985 to
resume the discussion of the GS-14 officers. After considering the
additional feedback which C/PATG provided on the GS-14 officers in
PATG, the CSP members reconfirmed their decision to promote only one
officer, to GS-15 effective 1 September 1985.
