1. Comparative evaluation were completed for employees in
grades GS-05 through GS-14. (See Attachment A)
2. Specific action items discussed during this conference are
attached. (See Attachment B)
3. Training for ORD professional/technicals was discussed and
recommendations were made for the upcoming year. (See Attachment C)
5. Although three promotions to GS-15 were approved at the
Conference, the CSP members agreed to revisit the headroom situation
in January 1986 before submitting the promotion actions for
processing. The following promotion recommendations were reviewed
and approved:
