FY 89/90 to the DDA. These were as follows:

2. Of the above New Initiatives, two have received approval
from the Executive Committee:

Proposed New OL Initiatives for FY 89/90
3. For your information, attached is a complete list of the
proposed new DDA initiatives that received approval for funding at
this time.
4. As I have mentioned many times, I believe we are seeing a
plateau in Agency growth. The number of New Initiatives approved
Agency-wide is a good indicator of the direction we are taking.
We must start looking within our Base to accomplish new efforts
which we must undertake

we merely submitted them to draw
the DDA's attention--I never thought they would go forward. Given
the general lack of momentum for secure printing on the part of
the rest of the Agency, P&PD will only "nibble" at the subject.
All in all, we did pretty well, but there are a number of
significant reviews to come.

Initiatives submissions.
