The attached action plan encompasses those recommendations
made in the briefing on Parking presented to the Deputy
Director for Administration on 12 May 1987. In order to meet
our objective of providing spaces by August of 1988,

cost of this effort has already been identified to the DA level
by OL/B&F as an unfunded requirement in FY-88.

2. Identify new site for Day Care Center
3. Solicit management's support for staggering of
work hours
4. Develop gate flow rate control procedures

6. Determine amount of additional Metro bus
