MEMORANDUM FOR: All NIC Personnel
FROM: Chairman, NIC
SUBJECT: No Smoking In Suite 7E62
There continue to be valid complaints of irritating levels of tobacco
smoke in the 7E62 suite of NIC offices. I am advised that, under the
headquarters regulations, I have no course of action other than to impose a
ban on smoking in this area to eliminate the problem.
Accordingly, henceforth all smoking is forbidden in the 7E62 area during
the hours 0700-1800 Monday through Friday. The area affected includes the
common work spaces, adjoining offices, the confe e room, and the corridor.
