Reference (a) announced the approval for the OP-092 charter forwarded by reference (b), and will be incorporated into a forthcoming revision of reference (c). Prepares special correspondence and courtesy communiques for the SECNAV, CNO, and OP-092 for foreign national holidays and, when directed, appropriate messages of congratulations or condolences to distinguished foreign officials for all countries. 11.
