Estimates and Intelligence Memoranda
Murat Natirbcff chaired i?f~ree vrel} attended Community seminars on
implications of itatel}igence obtained from INF inspections. These seminars
will support preparation of an estimate on intelligence the US acquired in the
USSR during on-site inspections, as Weil as an estimate of what the Soviets
