I am pleased to enclose five copies of the new Source
Debriefing Guide for drug intelligence information. It
should prove useful to collecting more drug information in a
systematic and comprehensive manner.
Many agencies contributed to the guide and your
participation is most appreciated. The assistance of the
CIA and the Intelligence Community Staff was especially
helpful in getting the guide printed.
A more extensive distribution of the guide has been
made under separate mailings, but if you or your agency
