1. The Board's meeting originally scheduled for 14 July 1988 at 1500
hours has been rescheduled for 13 July 1988 at 1500 hours.
2. The agenda remains the same: (a) North Korea: Prospects for the
Succession and Internal Stability (NIE 14.2-88) and (b) a discussion of
additional Korean issues of current concern.
3. You should already have the above-cited Estimate. A discussion paper
on item (b) will be forwarded by the Secretariat as soon as it oecomes
available.
