Revise section 6340 as follows: "The Office of Personnel Management may require agencies to maintain records and, to the extent permitted by law, provide pertinent information to the Office for purposes of any report which the Office may be required to prepare with respect to this subchapter. Revise section 6341 as follows: "The Office of Personnel Management may prescribe regulations necessary for the administration of this subchapter, except that the Central Intelligence Agency may prescribe such regulations for application to its employees and to persons under its leave system, consistent with the protection of sources and methods." Revise subsection (c) as follows: The Office of Personnel Management shall submit a written report to the President and the Congress with respect to the operation of the voluntary leave transfer program not later than 6 months before the date on which the program is scheduled to be terminated. The report shall not contain classified information. Revise subsection (e)(2) as follows: "Not later than 6 months after the termination of the experimental programs, the Office shall submit to the President and the Congress a report containing the Office's findings and conclusions with respect to each such program. Included as part of such report shall be recommendations for any administrative action or - legislation which the Office considers appropriate, but the report shall exclude classified information or information otherwise protected by statute from disclosure. ?
