Jim Dykstra, Keith Hall, Dave Hollida
for the SSCI. John Helgerson,
represented the Agency. The following
D/OCA briefed the group on the DCI's agenda for his
13 September meeting with Senators Boren and Cohen.
The staff had kudos
The
team's draft report will be ready early next week. It
will be sent first to the Agency for comments.
Tenet expressed concern that tnere is no formal
Intelligence Committee process (ie, a NIE) to
accompany any test ban treaty.
