MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Meeting With SSCI Senior Staff, 8 February 1988
The meeting was held at 1400 in SHOB-211. Sven Holmes, Jim
Dykstra, Keith Hall, John Nelson and nave Holliday were
present. John Helgerson and represented the Office
of Congressional Affairs. The following issues were discussed.

-- Holmes announced three additional INF hearings.
They all would be question and answer sessions with no
prepared statements required. The first would be a
technical monitoring session with
Larry Gershwin. The Secretary of State would also be
invited back. The DCI and DDCI would appear in a
joint session.
-- The staffers said that the Armed Services
Committee had heard rumors that the Agency was
dragging its feet on doing net assessments. We
