The Information Security Oversight Office (ISSO) is preparing responses to 50 questions posed by the Subcommittee on Human Resources of the House Committee on Post Office and Civil Service. The questions were generated from an ongoing Congressional inquiry and by two legal cases involving IS00 administered Standard Form 189, "Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement" and the DCI administered "Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement" (Form 4192). Agency input is required on 19 of the 50 questions.
