1. Judge William H. Webster has been requested to be the
keynote speaker at the annual convention of the American Bankers
Association to be held in Orlando, Florida. The keynote address
is presently scheduled for 27 January 1988 at 0930 am and would
occupy 25 minutes on the agenda. No special topic was
indentified.
2. The request was reoe,&ed by the Director of Finance from
Mr. Boris F. Melnikoff _Im; a member of the American Bankers
Association Plannin -?'Cdkmittee for the convention.
3. If Judge Webster is amenable to accepting this
