Gentlemen:
1. This ocument constitutes Amendment No. 2 to Contract No.
An-811 between the United States _and of America.
2. Pursuant to the clause of this contract entitled "CBAPhtiB'E3"
and mutual agreement between the parties hereto, it is in the interest
of the Government to am ad the contract as follows t
(a) The additional work and services set forth below are
added to PAINT I - Cos TACT W01K, in the Schedule:
The Contractor shall perform studies at the estimated level of
effort proposed, necessary to conduct an evaluation of a certain
system in accordance with its proposal dated 8 December 1965. Said
proposal is on file with the Contractor and the Contracting Officer
and is incorporated into this contract by reference.
The Contractor shall also furnish engineering services of
