David Atlee Phillips, a retired CIA
employe, has filed a $105 million law-
suit in Montgomery County Circuit
Court against- Washingtonian maga-
zine and the author of a November
:.1980 article entitled, "Who Killed
JFK"
In the suit, Phillips charges the ar
title stated that he, using the name of
Maurice Bishop, conspired with Lee
Harvey Oswald to assassinate the
president.
The suit, filed May 1, also says the
article "vas intended to and did con-
vey the impression" that he had "con-
spired to commit and committed fel
ores at various times in his career".
