Per phone conversation:- my late wife Harriet and I invested forty years
and more than prudent personal resources searching through the hundreds of
thousands of wars of history, to isolate the tangible control factor
which, when controlled, would bring to an end the endless cycles of WAR-PEACE-
WAR-PEACE-WAR before soon it may be too late.
If people in power will now listen to what we have to say, in the coming
generation people in the intelligence professions . . . instead of being
the "whipping post" for all the "peace movements" will become the most
highly respected professionals on the planet. Their wifes or husbands and
children will be proud of them and the community will elevate them to
the charisma level as high or higher than doctors.
I welcome pro or con or creative comments or suggestions. Use the enclosed
freely. Everything we write is committed to the national security and economic
progress of the U.S., or the U.S.S.R. and of all 157 "in-between" nations
as air traffic control is committed to the safety and progress of all airplanes
in a cloud.
PS We developed a 30 minute audio visual introduction which sparks several
hours of additional new and creative discussion, if there are people in the
CIA willing to stretch their vision in back and forth relaxed discussion.
