Bacteriological warfare re-
search is being conducted at the
University of Maryland, according
to Moscow Television Service.
MKULTRA, it reports, is the code
name for the U.S. secret program
for development of bacteriological
weapons. "The purpose of the ex-
periments is to control the minds
of people and paralyze their will
with the aid of viruses. These
plans fully meet Washington's cur-
rent foreign policy course."
