`Diplon~acy' Funds Separate
From ArnLS Effort, State Says
The Reagan ,administration has
said that none of the $65 million it is
seeking to launch a global "public di-
plomacy" campaign will be used to
promote U.S. arms control policies
~in Europe, and it said the CIA will
have no connection with the effort.
