David Atlee Phillips, a retired CIA
employe, has filed a $105 million law-
suit in Montgomery County Circuit
Court against Washingtonian maga-
zine and the author of a November
1980 article entitled, " WVho Killed
JFK".
In the suit, Phillips charges the ar
title, stated that he, using the name of
Maurice Bishop, conspired with Lee
Harvey Oswald -: to assassinate the
-president.
The suit, filed May 1, clso says the
article "was intended to and did con-
vey the impression" that he had "con-
spired to commit and committed fel-.
