Attached is the agenda for our July 12 meeting. Some of
the staff papers are unclassified and we will get them to you
a day or two before the meeting. Others are classified so you
will need to read them here. (We will mail the classified
staff papers to Inman and 0 as they have classified
storage facilities.) I suggest that the other panel members
try to spend a couple hours at our Key Building office on
either Friday, July 8 or Monday, July 11 although we can
arrange to be here Saturday as well. Please give us a call
