The lease for approximately square feet of
warehouse space to support the Office of Security's
Plain Text Processing Equipment requirement was signed
on 10 September 1986. A savings to the Government of
approximately over the term of the lease was
realized through RECD negotiations with the leasor. In
addition, the Agency has the right to purchase the
building and the right to modify the building to meet
