As I mentioned on August 22, I can fully answer two questions set
forth in your letter of August 18.
1) There is a corporate mandate covering the use IE and
screenpaint in all future product development
activity. This standardization approach will provide
the vehicle for future package uniformity. This uni-
formity will be achieved through an evolutionary
process that will not create client operational
problems.
A tape that should correct all identified purchasing
system problems will be delivered the week of August
25. Howie Schisler will arrange a mutually agreeable
date with the week of September 8 to in-
stall this tape.
I will attempt to obtain finite responses to the three (3) open
questions next week.
