Dear
During my last visit, we discussed the inputs from Ladd Shinn. In a
follow up conversation I had with Ladd, he asked if you expected him
to do anything other than wait. I told him that it was my
understanding nothing additional was required of him pending MSA's
passing a major decision point.
If the decision was favorable to MSA, either you or I would provide
him with a definition of what was required.
If my assumption was incorrect, please let me know.
