should be used as your guide for selection and irocessing of information
responding to Community collection needs Components should 25X1

collection effort. We welcome_vorr comments on this plan and the
objectives assigned to FBIS

2. An "Official Use Only" version is included for use in the field
and by JPRS contractors. For easier use, Liaison has marked the FOUO
version to show which objectives are priority FBIS collection goals, even
though the community recognizes our contribution may be limited to that
of a "supporting" collector. FBIS performance will be evaluated on these
targets. An unclassifed version of the key 25X1
personalities list is also included as a selection guide. The field does
not need to keep this memorandum or the classified version of the
