1. In response to your memorandum of 9 June 1987, FBIS has reviewed
the first five chapters of draft history. Our principal 25X1
reviewer, has prepared a few observations and 25X1
has written some suggested changes on pages he draf taining to
FBIS. He will be glad to discuss these with 25X1 25X1
2. We did not see an material that appeared too sensitive for the
