1. Surplus funds in FAN 0500 and the bureau budgets should be used
to cover the following:
-- Use theD urplus in FAN 0500 to cover DRD furniture, bureau
security items, and general PRA. PRA order of is going
forward.
-- Apply the bureau base surpluses, totalling) toward the cost
of the Paraguay ROSET. Ask bureaus to reprogram funds into FAN
0500 and to reflect the reprogramming in their July FSRs.
-- Leave OWL_] surplus and U savings in OW budget to cover
another housing increment.
-- Retain the HK surplus in HK for the anticipated costs of the
Philippines remote.
2. Management will 1 any bureau modernization surpluses (such
