a. I lattended the Directorate of
Operations Long-range Plan for Handling Information
(DOLPHIN) meetin held at Headquarters on 11 August.
Chief, Field Systems Group, briefed on
CRAFT "now and t e future." The
continued to review the DOLPHIN task plan and decided to
extend the next two scheduled meetings in order to complete
the review during August.

assumed the duties of
previous assignment was Chief of the Basic Operations
Training Department at the Communications School.
