1. I understand that Senator Helms and his staff were
pleased with the Community's recent response to their questions
on Competitive Analysis. I would add, rightly so. The answers
were direct, relevant, and fulsome.
2. Much of the credit for the success of the project should
go to of your staff, who coordinated
the Community effort. think he did an excellent job in
blending the responses from both within and without the Agency
into a comprehensive and impressive package.
3. Since PES is often called upon to find out what went
wrong, I am happy to have this opportunity to identify when
something went right and to commend the officer who played an
important role.
