1. Attached please find the House floor action on
H.R. 2112, the Fiscal Year 1988 Intelligence Authorization
bill (pp., H-4318 to 4323, Congressional Record dated
June 9, 1987.
2. In addition to minor technical amendments, you
will note that the House adopted, before passage of the
bill, an amendment offered by Representative Broomfield,
Ranking Minority Member (R., MI) on the House Foreign
Affairs Committee, concerning the occupation of the Mount
Alto Embassy site.
