SUBJECT: FY89 NASA Authorization Bill, S. 2209/H.R. 4157
1. Attached, for your review and comment, are copies of
the House and Senate versions of the FY89 NASA Authorization
Bill.
2. Section 6 of the bills authorizes the Administrator of
NASA to establish regulations, in consultation with concerned
agencies, requiring the withholding from public disclosure, in
certain cases, of technical data under NASA's possession or
control which cannot be exported without a license.
