revised post-Howard personnel and security measures. Per the request of the
DCI, the Director of Security, CIA, will brief the IG/CM(P) membership on
developments related to the Howard case at the upcoming meeting.
3. The draft minutes of the 12 May 1987 IG/CM(P) meeting are considered
approved and final.
